Meet the Mike’s – Michael Mygrant

Michael Mygrant was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana.  He is the proud husband to my wife Heather and father to two boys, Isaiah (5) and Deacon (2).  Heather and Michael both graduated from Kokomo High School and currently reside in Kokomo. 

Real estate is Michael’s career passion.  He has worked in real estate for over 10 years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana, Certified Residential Appraiser and investor.  It’s his work, but it’s also his hobby; he enjoys it that much. Michael is the owner and managing broker of Mygrant Realty.

Michael and his family attend Crossroads Community Church, is a Board of Director at Bridges Outreach Inc. where he assists with the Bridges Homes program and is actively involved with Valley of Grace.

Meet the Mike’s – Micheal Plummer

Micheal is a proud father to his two-year old daughter, Norah, and husband to his wife, Darian. You could call the two high school sweet hearts, being together for well over a decade since they walked the halls of Northwestern High School. In addition to being a husband and dad, Micheal is an ambitious real estate entrepreneur, as well as a full-time banker in his current role as Senior Credit Analyst at Community First Bank of Indiana.

There has always been an interest in real estate, dating all the way back to his younger years where he can recall helping his step father rehab homes in his small residential portfolio. The idea of real estate always stuck with Micheal, and after many podcasts and books, he took his shot at his first fix and flip in 2022 in partnership with his step father. It was later in that year when Micheal connected with Michael Mygrant, who convinced him to take the leap, get his Real Estate Broker License and join Mygrant Realty. Having a history of already fixing and flipping, the two have since successfully partnered on numerous projects in Kokomo.

Micheal carries a strong passion for being a problem solver, believing that there is always a solution to any problem.
